SNETTERTON MARKET MODEL CAR CLUB Apr. 15th 2001 Ascar R/C Racing "Spring Training" Demo meeting. Cars running, were both 1/10th scale nitro,and 1/10th electric powered cars.Run on the large SMMCC Oval. |

Race Director. Chris Herridge. Race format was made up of rotating 4 x 5 minute heats, with a "B" final lasting 10 minutes,and an "A" final lasting 20 minutes.(Including refueling pit-stops.) Pro, and Sport classes ran in their own heats, and then ran together in "B"final, and "A" final. The track used was the Adur Model Car Club (Stock car) oval track. * Please note. - "N/A" applies to NON-ASCAR body shell! Cars raced were Thunder Tiger, YOKOMO, KYOSHO, and MUGEN etc. |

Race format was 4 x Heats, with a 30 minute Final. - ( Due to a couple of lap timing "hiccups", this changed to a final made up of two seperate parts, with a short time for engines to cool down, between sections) .(Re-fueling was done by drivers servicing their own cars!) The track used was the Coventry Stock car Oval track. |
